Arrange to have classroom Test Monitors sign the Nondisclosure Agreements prior to the start of the testing. If the district is also having a translation done of the mathematics test into a language not provided by CFL, the translator also needs to sign a nondisclosure agreement as well as any other district staff who sees the items on the test.
