The Seamless Web is a comprehensive manual describing the profound changes taking place in education. Published in 1999, it addresses Minnesota's education transformation in light of 1994 and 1996 federal laws. The book is now out of print, but available to the reader on-line. The material is copyrighted and may not be sold. Quist covers topics including Goals 2000, the SCANS Report, the Workforce Investment Act and specific projects children are being required to complete under the new system. Quist is also the author of FedEd: The New Federal Curriculum and How It's Enforced (2002) and America's Schools: The Battleground for Freedom (2004).
